Host Latch provides shared website hosting, which you may subscribe to using one of our shared hosting plans.
Submit a ticket or email info@hostlatch.com to talk to us about a refund. Within 7 days if you are unhappy with your service you can cancel and get a refund.
We can also offer account credit if you suffer any major downtime or problems caused by us or our servers.
Our shared hosting plans are made for beginners who need a helping hand to help them get set up. All shared hosting plans come with ticket and email support, with some including phone support. If you require assistance installing and setting up any web software you can get in touch with us. Make sure to always make a ticket first so the issue is tracked.
You may not use our servers to host any illegal, questionable, harassing, spam, or defamatory content.
You must adhere to the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom, and any other countries if your server is hosted elsewhere. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and termination.
Each shared hosting plan includes resources assigned to your account. A plan with 2 CPUs means your plan will allow you to utilise 2 CPU cores from the host server, which are shared by all active users.
All hosting plans are subject to our fair use policy. If you consume too many resources and/or cause too much stress on our network & servers we may suspend your website hosting, though this would be raer and warning would be given before suspension.
All shared hosting plans have a grace period of 3 days before they are suspended for no payment. After 7 days your data may be permanently removed.
While our servers are secure, up-to-date, and using RAID configurations, we cannot guarantee that nothing will ever go wrong. It is up to the customer to make sure they have backups of their websites in case of disaster.
Upon successful payment your server will be automatically activated and your control panel login will be emailed to you.
Your selected game server may come with free website hosting and free teamspeak hosting. You will be emailed a coupon code which can only be used if you purchase a game server.
You can have 2 backups of your server, which are available to download from your control panel.
